Property Minding Service

You may be a property owner wanting to leave your property vacant for certain times of the year or a landlord who merely wishes to leave your property unoccupied. Maybe you are about to embark on an extension and refurbishment programme? Or your Jersey property is a family holiday home? Whatever the reason you may need it looking after professionally in the interim.

We can tailor -make our services to suit your needs and offer the following:

Regular home check: as frequently as required usually every two weeks and in accordance with your home Insurance policy. Checking security, locks, leaks, weather damage, heating system and to physically check gates, doors and windows, locks and alarms.
Arrange payment to providers of services: of utility invoices and service charges, cleaning, garden maintenance, post redirection and for any additional services.
Seasonal maintenance: this could include winterising the garden, swimming pool, tennis court or opening up the house for the summer. Checking on appliances and organising spring-cleaning, external gutters, downpipes and windows cleaned. Check drainage, boiler and water, plus heating system servicing, electrics, lighting and arranging severe weather protection.
Personalised housekeeping: preparing for a holiday visit. This service can include anything from a simple airing, cleaning, laundry and making up beds to gardening, stocking your fridge and fresh cut flowers ready for your arrival.
Management of all services: heating and air conditioning. Security, post control, garden maintenance, pool maintenance, plumbers, electricians, coordinating access and supervision of contractors and technicians.
Additional home care services: appliance repairs, chimney cleaning, carpet and floor maintenance, curtain rehanging, furniture moving, picture hanging, carpentry repairs and upholstery, patio and decking refurbishing and repairs, fences and gates checked and repairing and general handyman services.
