My extensive knowledge of the local property market is invaluable when advising clients and applicants alike and useful in my day to day role in overseeing our residential portfolio. I liaise closely with landlords and contractors to ensure the best possible outcome in finding suitable tenants and maintaining our properties to the highest possible standards.
